Store Hours

Our store is open Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voice message. We will get back to you the following morning.

Order & Delivery Policy

  • Order Notice

Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.

  • Delivery Fee

A delivery fee of $15 will be charged per product and per address within the Toronto area.

  • Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Please note that delivery service may be limited during certain holidays.

  • Delivery Time

Standard delivery hours are between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Due to variables such as traffic, weather, and route conditions, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If you have any special requests, please include them in the "Special Instructions" section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate them.

  • Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
For deliveries outside of Toronto, please call the store directly.
Flower prices and availability may vary by region, so contacting us directly ensures more accurate service.

  • International and Out-of-Area Orders

We do not accept international orders online.
For international deliveries, please contact the store directly. (437-000-0000)
International orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

Holiday Season Orders

To ensure timely delivery during peak holiday seasons—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Passover, Administrative Professionals’ Day, and Mother’s Day—
please place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Ordering early increases the chances of securing your desired products.

Recipient Not Available

Please confirm that the recipient will be at the delivery location before placing your order.
If the recipient is unavailable, deliveries may be left safely at the front door or with a neighbor (with prior permission).
If we cannot reach the recipient, delivery may be delayed.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the recipient’s absence at the time of delivery.

Address Errors

If delivery is made to an incorrect address, additional delivery fees will apply, and the customer will be responsible for all associated costs.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested at least one day in advance.

Recipient Contact

Upon request, we can contact the recipient in advance.
If no recipient contact information is provided, we are not responsible for delivery or product quality issues.

Leave at Door Requests

If you request to have the item left at the door, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product after delivery.

Recipient Refusal

If the recipient refuses the delivery, the product will be donated, and no refund will be issued.

Substitution Policy

Due to regional availability, some flower substitutions may be necessary.
We will maintain the overall style, theme, and color palette, substituting with flowers of equal or greater value.
For arrangements using a single type of flower (e.g., roses, orchids), the flower type will remain the same, but the color may vary.
